🇹🇭泰国(Thailand)🇷🇸塞尔维亚(Serbia)TH-RS 泰国(Thailand) 前往 塞尔维亚(Serbia) 签证要求
Thai ordinary passport holders need a visa to visit Serbia for tourism. Since June 2025, Serbia accepts online applications for a short-stay (type C) e-Visa via the official Welcome to Serbia portal, so most travelers no longer need to visit an embassy in person. A Thailand ordinary passport holder is NOT visa-exempt for Serbia. Serbia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs lists Thailand as visa-free only for diplomatic, official and service passports (up to 90 days); ordinary passports require a visa obtained in advance. Serbia is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so the EU Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply here; instead Serbia operates its own independent short-stay rule allowing up to 90 days within any 180-day period on a type C visa. Since June 2025, nationals of visa-required countries can apply online for a type C (short-stay) or type D (long-stay) e-Visa through the official Welcome to Serbia portal (evisa.welcometoserbia.gov.rs), without a personal visit to a diplomatic or consular mission. The standard type C visa fee is EUR 90, payable in Serbian dinar (RSD). Applicants should hold a passport valid at least 90 days beyond the planned departure, proof of accommodation or an invitation, a return ticket/itinerary, travel medical insurance, and proof of sufficient funds. Because the e-Visa channel is now the primary, most convenient route for a short tourist stay, the best-fit verdict is "evisa," with the Serbian embassy/consulate application available as an alternative. Travelers should always reconfirm eligibility and current fees on the official portal before booking, as the e-Visa programme is still relatively new (launched 2025) and country eligibility can change.
