🇹🇭泰国(Thailand)🇱🇾利比亚(Libya)TH-LY 泰国(Thailand) 前往 利比亚(Libya) 签证要求
Thai ordinary passport holders need a visa for Libya and can apply through Libya's eVisa system (launched March 2024), but only with a sponsor/letter of invitation from a registered Libyan tour operator. Independent tourism is effectively not possible, and most governments warn against all travel to Libya. A Thailand ordinary passport holder cannot enter Libya visa-free. Libya requires a visa from all visitors except a small list of exempt (mostly Arab) nationalities, and Thailand is not among them. Since 21 March 2024 Libya has operated an eVisa portal (evisa.gov.ly) open to nationals of around 40+ countries; Thailand is not on the published ineligible list, so Thai citizens can apply online. However, a tourist eVisa will not be issued without a sponsor — in practice a Letter of Invitation (LOI) and sponsorship from a Libyan-registered tour operator who arranges an escort. This makes truly independent tourism impractical; nearly all tourists travel on a pre-arranged guided tour. The eVisa is typically single entry, valid 90 days from issue, with a permitted stay of up to 30 days, and the government eVisa fee is about USD 63 (tour operators usually bundle a higher visa-processing charge of roughly USD 150). Note: entry is refused to anyone with an Israeli visa or Israeli entry/exit stamps. Libya also carries severe travel warnings (e.g. US Level 4 "Do Not Travel" as of 2025) due to armed conflict, terrorism and kidnapping. Visitors must also register with local police shortly after arrival. Verify all details on the official portal and with your tour operator before travel.
