🇹🇭泰国(Thailand)🇯🇲牙买加(Jamaica)TH-JM 泰国(Thailand) 前往 牙买加(Jamaica) 签证要求
Thai passport holders need a visa before traveling to Jamaica. There is no visa-free entry, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival for Thailand. The visa must be obtained in advance through a Jamaican embassy/consulate and is referred to PICA (Jamaica's immigration agency) for prior-to-arrival approval. As of 2026, Jamaica requires a visitor visa for ordinary Thailand passport holders. Thailand is not on Jamaica's visa-exempt list (which covers Commonwealth members, the US, EU/Schengen states, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil and others). On Jamaica's official Embassy visa-fee schedule, Thailand is listed as "Visa required PTA. Refer to PICA" with a visa fee of US$20, plus a mandatory US$15 consular fee. PTA (Prior To Arrival) means the application is forwarded to the Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) in Kingston for approval before the visa is issued, so applicants should allow extra lead time. There is no eVisa or visa-on-arrival channel for Thai nationals. The visitor visa is typically issued as single-entry; the actual length of stay (commonly up to 90 days) is granted by the Immigration Officer at the port of entry. Jamaica is not in the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Travelers should apply at the nearest Jamaican diplomatic mission (or the Honorary Consulate of Jamaica in Thailand) well in advance, as PICA referral can extend processing time.
