🇹🇭泰国(Thailand)🇨🇩刚果(金)(Congo (Dem. Rep.))TH-CD 泰国(Thailand) 前往 刚果(金)(Congo (Dem. Rep.)) 签证要求
Thai ordinary passport holders need a visa for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The DRC operates an eVisa system (launched 2025) that you must obtain online before travel; there is no visa-free entry and no genuine visa-on-arrival for Thai nationals. After approval you also pay a mandatory $90 VAP entry fee at the border. A Thailand ordinary passport holder cannot enter the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) without a visa. Thailand is not on any DRC visa-exemption or visa-on-arrival list. As of 2025-2026 the DRC has rolled out an electronic visa (eVisa) system, and the recommended route for tourists is to apply online and receive an approved eVisa before departure. The tourist eVisa is generally issued as a single-entry permit; the base 7-day tourist tier carries a government fee of about USD 300, and longer tiers (one month, six months) are available at higher cost when applying through a DRC diplomatic mission. The eVisa must be used within 3 months (90 days) of issue. Crucially, every traveler entering on a DRC visa must also pay a mandatory USD 90 VAP (Visa a l'Arrivee Payer) border fee on arrival at the airport, seaport, or land border to finalize entry. Required documents include a passport valid at least 6 months with blank pages, a passport photo, hotel/accommodation or letter of invitation, proof of onward/return travel, proof of funds, and a yellow fever vaccination certificate (mandatory for DRC). Because sources confirm no no-visa channel exists for Thai citizens, the verdict is firmly evisa/visa-required. Travelers should apply at least two to three weeks ahead given multi-day processing.
