🇹🇭泰国(Thailand)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)TH-BY 泰国(Thailand) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
Thai ordinary passport holders need a visa to enter Belarus for tourism. Thailand is not on Belarus's 30-day visa-free airport list, is not eligible for the Belarus e-visa, and Belarus is not a Schengen country. A short-stay visa must be obtained in advance from a Belarusian diplomatic mission before travel. As of 2026, a Thailand ordinary passport holder must obtain a visa in advance to visit Belarus for tourism. Belarus operates two visa-facilitation channels, but Thailand qualifies for neither: the 30-day visa-free entry program via Belarusian airports covers roughly 76 mostly European and selected nations (not Thailand), and the electronic visa system launched on 20 March 2025 covers 67 countries (also not Thailand). Belarus is not part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Thai travelers therefore apply for a single-entry short-stay (type C) visa at a Belarusian embassy or consulate. Belarus has no embassy in Bangkok (only an honorary consulate), so applications are handled by the accredited Belarusian mission serving Thailand (Embassy in Hanoi, Vietnam) or other regional missions such as New Delhi or Beijing; mailed/agent applications are common. The standard consular fee is EUR 60 (single, double or multiple entry), with EUR 120 for expedited 2-working-day processing. Required supporting items include a passport valid at least 90 days beyond the intended departure, proof of funds (about 2 base amounts per day), medical insurance covering at least EUR 10,000 valid in Belarus, and confirmed onward/return travel. Conservatively, because no visa-free or e-visa channel is open to Thai nationals, the verdict is visa-required.
