🇸🇬新加坡(Singapore)🇺🇬乌干达(Uganda)SG-UG 新加坡(Singapore) 前往 乌干达(Uganda) 签证要求
Singapore ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for Uganda. Singapore is on Uganda's official visa-exempt list, allowing tourist/short visits of up to 3 months visa-free. As of 2026, Singapore (SG) ordinary passport holders enjoy visa-free entry to Uganda for tourism and short visits of up to 3 months. Singapore appears on Uganda's official visa-exempt country list maintained by the Directorate of Citizenship and Immigration Control (NCIC), with the exemption confirmed effective from the list updated 28 February 2025. No eVisa, visa-on-arrival, or pre-arrival application is required for stays within the 3-month limit. On arrival, an immigration officer grants leave to enter; travellers must present a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended departure date and proof of onward/return travel. A key practical requirement is yellow fever: Uganda is a yellow-fever risk country and a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry (the certificate must be obtained at least 10 days before arrival). Note that Uganda is in East Africa, not the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Travellers should carry the immigration entry stamp details, as overstaying or working on a tourist entry is prohibited. Because visa-exemption lists can change, confirm status shortly before travel via the official NCIC portal or Singapore MFA travel page.
