🇸🇬新加坡(Singapore)🇺🇦乌克兰(Ukraine)SG-UA 新加坡(Singapore) 前往 乌克兰(Ukraine) 签证要求
Singapore ordinary passport holders are NOT visa-free for Ukraine. You must obtain a Ukrainian electronic visa (e-Visa) before travel for a short tourist stay of up to 30 days. Note: Singapore's MFA advises against all travel to Ukraine due to the ongoing war. Singapore is not on Ukraine's visa-free list, so an ordinary Singaporean passport holder needs a visa to visit Ukraine for tourism. The most practical channel is the Ukrainian e-Visa, applied for online at evisa.mfa.gov.ua, which permits a single or double entry and a stay of up to 30 days for tourism. A limited visa-on-arrival is available at Boryspil (Kyiv) and Odesa airports only for very restricted categories (e.g. on official invitation), so it is not a reliable route for ordinary tourists. Applicants must hold a passport valid for the intended stay, confirmed travel medical insurance covering at least EUR 30,000, proof of sufficient funds (roughly USD 40/day), and onward/return arrangements. Critically, because of Russia's full-scale invasion, martial law remains in effect across Ukraine and Singapore's Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises Singaporeans to defer all travel and to leave if already there. Airspace is closed, so any entry would be overland. This guide reflects the legal entry regime as of 2026-06-01; travelers should treat actual travel as strongly discouraged for safety reasons.
