Singapore passport holders need an eVisa to visit Togo. There is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival entry; apply online at the official voyage.gouv.tg portal at least 5 working days before arrival. Singapore (SG) ordinary passport holders are NOT on Togo's visa-exempt list, so a visa is required for tourism or short visits. Togo's visa exemptions are limited mainly to ECOWAS members, certain African Union states, Morocco, and select diplomatic-passport holders. Since 2024 Togo has consolidated tourist entry around its online eVisa system at the official government portal voyage.gouv.tg; visa-on-arrival and express visas remain suspended until further notice. Singaporeans must apply for the eVisa at least 5 working days before arrival, hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the planned departure date, and show proof of onward travel. The eVisa is issued in tiers by stay length and number of entries, ranging from a short 15-day single-entry option up to a 90-day option, with fees payable online by card or mobile money. Singapore's MFA explicitly directs travelers to obtain the eVisa via voyage.gouv.tg. Togo is in West Africa and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply.
