🇸🇬新加坡(Singapore)🇸🇴索马里(Somalia)SG-SO 新加坡(Singapore) 前往 索马里(Somalia) 签证要求
Singapore passport holders need an eVisa (eTAS) to visit Somalia. Since 1 September 2025 the eVisa/eTAS is mandatory and must be obtained online before departure — there is no visa-on-arrival or visa-free option for Singaporeans. A Singapore ordinary passport holder traveling to Somalia for tourism must obtain a Somalia eVisa (electronic Travel Authorization System, eTAS) before departure. The Immigration and Citizenship Agency of Somalia officially launched the eTAS system on 1 September 2025, making electronic pre-approval mandatory for virtually all foreign visitors. Applications are filed online via the official government portal (evisa.gov.so / etas.gov.so), where the traveler completes the form, uploads a passport bio-page and photo, pays the fee, and receives an approval by email that must be presented at the port of entry. The single-entry tourist eVisa typically permits a stay of up to 30 days and the approval is generally valid for 90 days from issue (i.e., the window within which you must enter). The standard published fee is around USD 65, with processing usually taking 3-7 working days. Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, and proof of onward/return travel is expected. Travelers should also be aware that Somalia carries serious safety/security travel advisories from most governments; this guide addresses visa/entry rules only. Default verdict is eVisa: there is no confirmed visa-free or visa-on-arrival channel for Singapore ordinary passport holders.
