🇸🇬新加坡(Singapore)🇷🇴罗马尼亚(Romania)SG-RO 新加坡(Singapore) 前往 罗马尼亚(Romania) 签证要求
Singapore ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Romania for tourism. You can stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Romania is a full Schengen member since 1 January 2025, so the Schengen 90/180 short-stay rule applies. ETIAS is not yet required (expected launch Q4 2026). As of 1 June 2026, Singapore ordinary passport holders enjoy visa-free entry to Romania for short tourist stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Romania became a full member of the Schengen Area on 1 January 2025, so it now applies the common Schengen short-stay rules: the 90/180-day allowance is shared across all Schengen countries, not counted separately for Romania. The Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Romania in Singapore both confirm the visa-free arrangement. No advance application, eVisa or visa-on-arrival is needed for a tourist trip. The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is expected to launch in the last quarter of 2026, after which visa-exempt nationals including Singaporeans will need an approved ETIAS travel authorisation (a EUR 20 fee, valid up to 3 years) before traveling. ETIAS is NOT yet operational or required as of this date, and a transitional grace period is expected to run until around April 2027. Travelers should carry a passport valid for the duration of stay (ideally 3+ months beyond departure, per general Schengen practice), proof of onward/return travel, accommodation details and sufficient funds. Border officers may request these at entry.
