Singapore ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to visit Jamaica for tourism. They are on Jamaica's visa-exempt list and can enter visa-free. The only mandatory step is completing the free online C5 Immigration/Customs declaration (Enter Jamaica) before arrival. As of 2026, holders of an ordinary Singapore passport are visa-exempt for Jamaica and may enter for business or tourist purposes without a visa. Jamaica's Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) lists Singapore (a Commonwealth member) as "no visa required," and the published visa policy places Singapore in the longest, 180-day visa-free tier. No eVisa, ETA or visa-on-arrival application is needed. There is no visa fee. The one universal requirement is the Electronic C5 Passenger Declaration Form, which every air and cruise passenger must complete online at enterjamaica.gov.jm before arrival; it is free of charge. Travelers must also hold a passport valid for the duration of stay, a confirmed return or onward ticket, and evidence of sufficient funds. At the port of entry an immigration officer grants the actual length of stay, typically up to the visa-free maximum. Jamaica is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
