🇸🇬新加坡(Singapore)🇭🇺匈牙利(Hungary)SG-HU 新加坡(Singapore) 前往 匈牙利(Hungary) 签证要求
Singapore ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist stays in Hungary. Hungary is in the Schengen Area, and Singapore enjoys visa-free entry for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. No visa or pre-travel authorization is required as of June 2026. Hungary is a member of the Schengen Area, and Singapore is on the EU's visa-exemption list for short stays. A Singapore ordinary passport holder can therefore travel to Hungary for tourism, business, or transit without a visa, staying up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day period across the entire Schengen Area (not Hungary alone). The passport must be valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date and issued within the previous 10 years. Travelers should be ready to show proof of accommodation, return/onward tickets, and sufficient funds at the border. Looking ahead, the EU's ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) is scheduled to launch in Q4 2026, with a transitional grace period expected to run until around April 2027. Once mandatory, Singapore nationals will need an approved ETIAS authorization (fee around EUR 20, valid up to three years or until passport expiry) before boarding. As of 1 June 2026, ETIAS is NOT yet required, so the current verdict remains visa-free. The separate Entry/Exit System (EES) biometric registration is also being rolled out at Schengen external borders. Because the no-visa channel is confirmed by both the Hungarian Embassy in Singapore and the Singapore MFA, the verdict is visa-free.
