On arrival, immigration issues a free "T3" tourist stamp (visa exemption category), so no advance application, eVisa or visa-on-arrival fee is required. The 90 days are counted within a chronological (calendar) year, not per entry; multiple short trips draw from the same 90-day allowance. A one-time extension of up to 90 additional days (total 180) can be requested in-country for a fee. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months on arrival, and because Ecuador (including the Galapagos and Amazon regions) is a yellow-fever risk area, a yellow fever vaccination certificate is recommended and is required by Singapore on return.
