🇸🇬新加坡(Singapore)🇨🇺古巴(Cuba)SG-CU 新加坡(Singapore) 前往 古巴(Cuba) 签证要求
Singapore ordinary passport holders can visit Cuba visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism under a mutual visa-waiver agreement. No tourist card or eVisa is required, but the free D'Viajeros online form and proof of travel/medical insurance are mandatory for all visitors. Singapore and Cuba signed a reciprocal visa-exemption agreement on 22 June 2015 (in force 31 March 2016) that covers ordinary passports for tourism and commercial visits of up to 30 days. As a result, Singapore citizens do NOT need a Cuban visa, the old pink tourist card, or the new Cuban eVisa for short tourist stays of 30 days or less. (The eVisa that replaced the tourist card in 2025 applies only to nationalities that are not visa-exempt; Singapore is exempt.) Stays beyond 30 days, or non-tourist purposes, require a visa obtained in advance from the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Singapore. Two requirements still apply to every traveler regardless of nationality: (1) completing the free online D'Viajeros advance-information form within a few days before arrival (commonly within 7 days, ideally 48-72 hours before), and (2) carrying digital or printed proof of valid travel medical insurance, which can be checked on arrival. The passport must be valid for at least six months. Cuba is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
