🇸🇬新加坡(Singapore)🇧🇾白俄罗斯(Belarus)SG-BY 新加坡(Singapore) 前往 白俄罗斯(Belarus) 签证要求
Singapore ordinary passport holders can enter Belarus visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism, provided they arrive at and depart from Minsk National Airport and are NOT arriving on a flight from the Russian Federation. You must carry valid medical insurance (min. EUR 10,000 coverage) and proof of sufficient funds. This program is in effect through 2026. Singapore is one of the countries covered by Belarus's airport visa-free program (originally under the Presidential Decree effective 27 July 2018, since extended through 2026). A Singapore ordinary passport holder may stay up to 30 days visa-free per visit for tourism. The key restriction is that this regime applies ONLY to travelers who both arrive and depart via Minsk National Airport (MSQ); it does NOT apply if you fly in directly from the Russian Federation (because there are no border controls on the Belarus-Russia corridor). To qualify you need an ordinary passport with at least six months validity and one blank page, a medical insurance policy with at least EUR 10,000 coverage valid in Belarus for the whole stay, and proof of funds of at least roughly 46 Belarusian rubles per day. If you intend to enter via a land border, by rail, or via a non-Minsk airport, the visa-free regime does not apply and you would need a visa (Belarus runs an eVisa program for many nationalities, though Singapore's eligibility for the eVisa list is inconsistent across sources, so a traditional consular visa or the Minsk-airport visa-free route is the reliable option). Stays exceeding 5 working days require registration with the local citizenship and migration department (hotels typically handle this for guests). Belarus is NOT in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
