🇸🇬新加坡(Singapore)🇧🇳文莱(Brunei)SG-BN 新加坡(Singapore) 前往 文莱(Brunei) 签证要求
Singapore ordinary passport holders can enter Brunei visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. No visa or fee is required, but all travellers must register a free e-Arrival Card online no earlier than 72 hours and no later than 3 days before arrival. As fellow ASEAN members, Singapore and Brunei have a long-standing reciprocal visa exemption. A Singapore ordinary passport holder may enter Brunei without a visa and stay up to 30 days for tourism or short business visits. Brunei is not part of the Schengen area, so the 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. While no visa is needed, since 9 February 2023 every foreign traveller (including visa-exempt Singaporeans) must submit a free e-Arrival Card through the Brunei INRS portal before arrival; the form can be submitted up to 72 hours before and must be completed at least 3 days ahead of the scheduled arrival. Travellers should carry a passport valid for at least 6 months with blank pages, proof of onward or return travel, and evidence of sufficient funds. Overstaying the 30-day limit carries severe penalties in Brunei, including fines, imprisonment and caning, so travellers needing longer must apply for an extension at the Brunei Immigration Department before the permitted period expires.
