🇸🇬新加坡(Singapore)🇦🇫阿富汗(Afghanistan)SG-AF 新加坡(Singapore) 前往 阿富汗(Afghanistan) 签证要求
Singapore ordinary passport holders need a visa for Afghanistan. Since March 2026 the simplest route is the official tourist e-Visa (E-Afghans portal): single entry, 30-day stay, valid 90 days from issue, entry only via Kabul International Airport. Embassy/consulate visas (e.g. Dubai, Islamabad) remain an alternative. A Singapore citizen traveling to Afghanistan for tourism requires a visa; there is no visa-free or visa-on-arrival channel. In March 2026 Afghanistan's authorities launched an online tourist e-Visa via the E-Afghans portal (eafghans.com), which is now the recommended method for short visits. It is a single-entry visa allowing a stay of up to 30 days, must be used within 90 days of issue, and currently permits entry only through Kabul International Airport (not yet at land borders). Singapore is eligible without the residency restrictions applied to some nationalities (China, India, Russia, Saudi Arabia, etc.); only Israeli citizens are wholly barred, and a handful of neighbouring countries are ineligible. Typical published costs are an USD 8 application fee plus a USD 120 visa fee (and a small ~USD 3.71 processing charge), with standard processing of roughly 1-3 weeks and same-day/express options offered. Travelers who prefer the older, established route can still apply in person at an Afghan embassy or consulate abroad (commonly Dubai, Islamabad or Peshawar), which generally requires an invitation letter or tour-operator itinerary. Afghanistan is NOT in the Schengen area, so the 90/180 short-stay rule and ETIAS do not apply. Note: most governments, including Singapore's MFA, advise against all travel to Afghanistan due to security risks.
