🇸🇦沙特阿拉伯(Saudi Arabia)🇭🇷克罗地亚(Croatia)SA-HR 沙特阿拉伯(Saudi Arabia) 前往 克罗地亚(Croatia) 签证要求
Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders need a Schengen short-stay (Type C) visa to visit Croatia for tourism. Croatia joined the Schengen Area on 1 January 2023, so the visa is valid across the whole Schengen zone under the 90-days-in-any-180-day rule. Croatia is a full member of the Schengen Area (since 1 January 2023) and applies the common EU visa policy. Saudi Arabia is on the EU's list of nationalities that require a visa for short stays, and the official Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa-requirements tool explicitly lists Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders as needing a visa. There is currently no visa-free, eVisa, visa-on-arrival, or ETA channel available to Saudi nationals for Croatia. Saudi travelers must apply for a uniform Schengen short-stay (Type C) visa in advance, normally through the VFS Global visa application centres in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar) or the relevant Schengen consulate, with Croatia as the main destination. The visa permits stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period across all Schengen states. Note two upcoming changes: the EU Entry/Exit System (EES) began a phased rollout in October 2025 and ETIAS is expected to launch in the last quarter of 2026 - but ETIAS applies only to visa-exempt nationals, so it will NOT replace the visa requirement for Saudi passport holders unless and until a Saudi short-stay visa waiver enters into force (this is under EU discussion but not yet in effect as of 30 May 2026). Until then, the conservative and correct status is visa-required.
