🇸🇦沙特阿拉伯(Saudi Arabia)🇬🇾圭亚那(Guyana)SA-GY 沙特阿拉伯(Saudi Arabia) 前往 圭亚那(Guyana) 签证要求
Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders need a visa to visit Guyana. Although Guyana issues a Visitor Visa on Arrival to tourists, this is not a true no-visa entry: travelers must first obtain a Pre-Approval Notice (approval letter) from Guyana's Ministry of Home Affairs before flying, and present the original at the airport. Plan on arranging this in advance through a Guyana embassy/consulate or a local host/sponsor. Saudi Arabia (ordinary passport) is not on Guyana's visa-exempt or unconditional visa-on-arrival list, so a visa is required for a short tourist visit. Guyana's practical channel for visa-national tourists is the Visitor Visa on Arrival (VVOA): the visa sticker is affixed at the port of entry, but only after the traveler has secured a Pre-Approval Notice from the Ministry of Home Affairs prior to travel. Since May 2023, immigration officers require the original Pre-Approval Notice, the original Visa Application Form, and a passport photo at the airport. Some nationals instead apply through a Guyana embassy/consulate or high commission. Because there is no confirmable no-visa channel and entry hinges on advance government approval, the conservative and accurate verdict for travelers is visa-required. Guyana is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Standard entry conditions: passport valid at least 6 months, return/onward ticket, proof of sufficient funds (covering ~30 days), and accommodation/host details. The VVOA permits a stay of up to 30 days, extendable on request. Fees are modest (about USD 25 standard, USD 35 expedited). Travelers should arrange the pre-approval well ahead of departure, as processing can take roughly 10-14 working days.
