🇸🇦沙特阿拉伯(Saudi Arabia)🇧🇮布隆迪(Burundi)SA-BI 沙特阿拉伯(Saudi Arabia) 前往 布隆迪(Burundi) 签证要求
Saudi Arabia ordinary passport holders need a visa for Burundi. The recommended route is the eVisa applied online before travel via the General Commissariat for Migration (migration.gov.bi); a visa on arrival is also available at Bujumbura airport and land borders. Burundi is not in the Schengen area and is not part of any visa-waiver arrangement that covers Saudi Arabia. Only six East African Community / neighboring states (DR Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda) are visa-exempt; all other nationalities, including Saudi Arabia, require a visa. Burundi operates an official electronic visa system through the General Commissariat for Migration (Commissariat General des Migrations) at migration.gov.bi, which is the recommended channel because it lets travelers secure entry authorization and arrive with documents in hand. A visa on arrival is also still available in 2026 at Melchior Ndadaye International Airport (Bujumbura) and at land borders, but it is less reliable than the eVisa: there are no ATMs landside, so the fee must be paid in exact cash (USD/EUR). The standard short-stay tourist visa is the multiple-entry visa priced at USD 90, valid for a one-month stay (renewable up to two times for a maximum of 90 days). A valid passport (at least six months), a yellow-fever vaccination certificate, proof of accommodation, an onward/return ticket and a travel itinerary are required. Because the verdict rests on a visa being needed and the safest pre-arrival method is the eVisa, the route is classified as eVisa.
