🇷🇺俄罗斯(Russian Federation)🇷🇸塞尔维亚(Serbia)RU-RS 俄罗斯(Russian Federation) 前往 塞尔维亚(Serbia) 签证要求
Russian ordinary passport holders can enter Serbia visa-free for tourism and stay up to 30 days, under the bilateral visa-free agreement in force since 2009. No visa is needed for a short visit. A holder of an ordinary Russian Federation passport does not need a visa to visit Serbia for tourism or a short stay. Under the Serbia-Russia bilateral agreement in effect since July 2009, citizens of either country may enter and stay visa-free for up to 30 days within a 60-day period, counting days of entry and exit. Serbia is not part of the Schengen area or the EU, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply, and time spent in Serbia does not count against any Schengen allowance. Entry is granted at any port of entry on presentation of a valid passport; no advance application or fee is required. Travelers must register their address with the local police (the "white card") within 24 hours of arrival, though hotels and licensed accommodation normally handle this automatically. Important forward-looking note: in 2026 Serbia announced its intention to introduce a visa requirement for Russian citizens by the end of the year as part of its EU accession alignment. As of the verification date (2026-05-30) this change has NOT taken effect and visa-free travel remains valid, but travelers should re-check the rules close to their departure, especially for trips in late 2026 or later.
