🇷🇺俄罗斯(Russian Federation)🇱🇧黎巴嫩(Lebanon)RU-LB 俄罗斯(Russian Federation) 前往 黎巴嫩(Lebanon) 签证要求
Russian ordinary passport holders receive a free one-month tourist visa on arrival in Lebanon (Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport and other ports of entry). No advance visa is needed for a short visit, provided the passport contains no Israeli stamps/visas and the traveler can show a return ticket plus a Lebanese address. As of mid-2026, holders of an ordinary Russian Federation passport can enter Lebanon for tourism on a visa on arrival (VOA) issued free of charge for a stay of up to one month, extendable by up to two further months through Lebanon's General Directorate of General Security (GDGS). The visa is granted at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport and other official ports of entry. Entry is conditional: the passport must be valid at least six months with two blank pages and must contain no Israeli visas, stamps, or seals (any such mark results in refusal of entry). Travelers should also be prepared to show a confirmed return or onward ticket, a Lebanese address or hotel booking, and a contact telephone number. Because this is a discretionary border decision rather than a guaranteed visa-free regime, immigration officers retain the right to refuse entry. Lebanon is not in the Schengen area, so the 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. Sources consulted (Wikipedia visa policy of Lebanon, VisaList, Pegasus Airlines visa guide, plus aggregated IATA-based summaries) are consistent on the free one-month VOA. Travelers are nonetheless advised to confirm with the Lebanese Embassy in Moscow or GDGS before departure, and to monitor security-related travel advisories.
