🇷🇺俄罗斯(Russian Federation)🇨🇴哥伦比亚(Colombia)RU-CO 俄罗斯(Russian Federation) 前往 哥伦比亚(Colombia) 签证要求
Russian ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Colombia. They receive a free entry permit (PIP/PT) of up to 90 days on arrival, extendable once for another 90 days (180 days max per calendar year). Colombia is not in the Schengen area, so ETIAS does not apply. Colombia exempts holders of ordinary Russian passports from a tourist visa under a unilateral visa-waiver in force since 20 April 2009. On arrival, a Migracion Colombia officer issues a free Permiso de Ingreso y Permanencia (PIP) for tourism, normally valid for up to 90 days. This can be extended online once for a further 90 days, capped at 180 days of tourism per calendar year. There is no Colombian eVisa, ETA or visa-on-arrival process for short tourist stays for Russians because none is needed. Travelers should hold a passport valid at least 6 months beyond the intended stay, carry proof of onward/return travel and sufficient funds, and complete the Check-Mig online migration form (free, via Migracion Colombia) within 72 to 1 hours before departure. Colombia is in South America, not the Schengen zone, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and the EU ETIAS authorization are irrelevant here. The verdict is stable as of 2026-05-30; the visa-free arrangement has not changed despite broader geopolitical shifts, but rules can change, so confirm with Migracion Colombia or the Colombian Embassy in Moscow before booking.
