🇷🇺俄罗斯(Russian Federation)🇨🇱智利(Chile)RU-CL 俄罗斯(Russian Federation) 前往 智利(Chile) 签证要求
No visa required. A Russian ordinary-passport holder can enter Chile visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days under the Russia-Chile bilateral visa-waiver agreement in force since January 2011. Russian Federation ordinary passport holders do not need a visa to visit Chile for tourism or short visits. Under a bilateral visa-exemption agreement between Chile and Russia (in force since 18 January 2011), Russian citizens are admitted under the Permanencia Transitoria (temporary stay) regime for a maximum of 90 days. Chile is in South America and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. There is no eVisa, visa-on-arrival, or ETA requirement for tourism, and no reciprocity/entry fee applies to Russian travelers (the historical reciprocity fee only ever applied to a handful of nationalities such as the US, Canada and Australia, and was abolished in 2014). On arrival, travelers receive a Tarjeta de Turismo (Tourist Card / PDI stamp) which must be kept until departure. Standard requirements apply: a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, proof of onward or return travel, and evidence of sufficient funds and lawful means of support for the visit. The 90-day permit may, in limited cases, be extended once for a further 90 days through the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones (SERMIG) for a small fee. As always, the carrier and the Policia de Investigaciones (PDI) make the final admission decision at the port of entry.
