Russian ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Travelers should carry a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, proof of onward/return travel, evidence of accommodation, and sufficient funds, and may be asked to register their stay with local authorities (white card) within 72 hours of arrival if not staying in a registered hotel.
