🇷🇺俄罗斯(Russian Federation)🇧🇦波黑(Bosnia and Herzegovina)RU-BA 俄罗斯(Russian Federation) 前往 波黑(Bosnia and Herzegovina) 签证要求
Russian ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa for short tourist visits to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Under a bilateral visa-free agreement in force since 20 October 2013, they may stay up to 30 days within any 60-day period without a visa. Bosnia and Herzegovina and Russia maintain a reciprocal visa-waiver agreement (effective 20 October 2013) that lets holders of ordinary Russian passports enter visa-free for tourism and general short visits for up to 30 days within any 60-day period (counted from the first entry). No advance application, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is needed; travelers simply present a valid passport at the border. The 30/60 cap is shorter than the standard 90-day allowance Bosnia grants most other visa-exempt nationalities. Bosnia and Herzegovina is NOT in the Schengen area and is not yet an EU member, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route; time spent in Bosnia does not count against any Schengen allowance. Travelers should carry a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, proof of onward/return travel, evidence of accommodation, and sufficient funds, and may be asked to register their stay with local authorities (white card) within 72 hours of arrival if not staying in a registered hotel. The visa-free channel covers tourism and visits only; work, study, or long-term stays still require the appropriate visa or residence permit. Sources consulted confirm the policy is current as of mid-2026 with no announced changes.
