🇵🇱波兰(Poland)🇹🇱东帝汶(Timor-Leste)PL-TL 波兰(Poland) 前往 东帝汶(Timor-Leste) 签证要求
Polish ordinary passport holders can visit Timor-Leste visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism, under the EU-Timor-Leste short-stay visa waiver agreement in force since 2015. No visa or eVisa is required before travel. Poland is a European Union member state, and the EU and Timor-Leste concluded a mutual short-stay visa waiver agreement that has applied since 26 May 2015. Under this agreement, holders of valid ordinary (as well as diplomatic, service and special) Polish passports may enter Timor-Leste without a visa for short stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period for tourism or business that is not gainful employment. This is a bilateral visa-waiver arrangement; Timor-Leste is located in Southeast Asia and is NOT part of the Schengen area, so ETIAS and Schengen entry rules do not apply to this route. The "90 days in any 180 days" limit derives from the EU-Timor-Leste agreement itself, not from Schengen. Travelers who are not visa-exempt would otherwise need a USD 30 visa on arrival, but Polish citizens do not, as they fall under the EU waiver. At the border, Polish visitors must present a passport valid for at least six months, a completed arrival/disembarkation card, proof of onward or return travel, and evidence of sufficient funds and accommodation. The waiver covers short visits only; longer stays, study, or paid work require an appropriate visa or stay permit obtained from the Immigration Service of Timor-Leste (Migracao). Travelers should confirm conditions with their airline and the immigration authority shortly before departure, as carriers may ask to see onward tickets at check-in.
