🇵🇱波兰(Poland)🇸🇾叙利亚(Syria)PL-SY 波兰(Poland) 前往 叙利亚(Syria) 签证要求
A Polish ordinary passport holder needs a visa for Syria, obtained as a visa on arrival (VOA) for a 30-day single-entry tourist stay at Damascus/Aleppo airports and the Lebanese and Jordanian land borders. The fee is roughly USD 75, payable only in US-dollar cash. Note: the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises against all travel to Syria. Poland is not on Syria's short visa-free list, so a visa is required. Following the change of government in December 2024, Syria reopened to tourism and (as of 2025-2026) issues visas on arrival to European nationals, including Polish citizens, at Damascus and Aleppo international airports and at the Lebanese and Jordanian land borders. The visa is single-entry and valid for a stay of up to 30 days. Since July 2025 a fee applies at all entry points (no more land-border exemptions), set on a reciprocity basis at about USD 75 for EU/Polish passports, payable strictly in US-dollar cash on arrival because ATMs and cards do not function in Syria. A previously announced eVisa platform is no longer operational. Anyone holding Israeli nationality, or whose passport contains an Israeli stamp or evidence of travel to Israel, will be refused entry. The overarching caveat is security: the Polish MFA (MSZ) advises against all travel to Syria (advisory last updated March 2026), citing armed conflict, terrorism and kidnapping risks, and consular assistance is very limited as Polish diplomatic staff are based in Lebanon. Conditions remain fluid, so travelers should reconfirm immediately before any trip.
