🇵🇱波兰(Poland)🏳波多黎各(Puerto Rico)PL-PR 波兰(Poland) 前往 波多黎各(Puerto Rico) 签证要求
Polish citizens do NOT need a visa for a short tourist trip to Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is a US territory, and Poland is part of the US Visa Waiver Program (since November 2019). You travel on an approved ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) for stays up to 90 days. Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory of the United States and applies identical US federal immigration rules — there is no separate Puerto Rican visa or border control for arrivals from the US mainland. As of 2026, Poland is a participant in the US Visa Waiver Program (VWP), which it joined on 11 November 2019. This means a Polish ordinary (biometric e-)passport holder does NOT need a traditional B-1/B-2 visa for tourism, business, or transit stays of up to 90 days. Instead, the traveler must obtain an approved ESTA online before boarding. ESTA is mandatory for all air and sea arrivals under the VWP, including to Puerto Rico. The ESTA fee was raised to USD 40 for applications filed on or after 30 September 2025, and was adjusted to USD 40.27 effective 1 January 2026 (USD 4.00 processing fee plus a USD 36.27 authorization charge collected only if approved). An approved ESTA is valid for two years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first, and allows multiple entries. Travelers must hold an e-passport with an embedded chip. Stays longer than 90 days, work, study, or other purposes require a proper US visa rather than ESTA.
