🇵🇱波兰(Poland)🇵🇪秘鲁(Peru)PL-PE 波兰(Poland) 前往 秘鲁(Peru) 签证要求
No visa is required. Polish (ordinary passport) citizens can enter Peru visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days in any 180-day period under the EU-Peru short-stay visa waiver agreement. Poland is an EU member state, and the EU-Peru short-stay visa waiver agreement (in force since 2016) allows all categories of passport holders — including ordinary passports — to travel between the EU and Peru for tourism, business, family or transit without a visa for a maximum of 90 days within any 180-day period. Holders of a Polish ordinary passport therefore do NOT need a visa for a short tourist stay in Peru. On arrival, the immigration officer grants a stay (commonly 90 days, at the officer's discretion, up to a legal maximum of 183 days) and registers entry via the Tarjeta Andina de Migracion (TAM), now a free, automatic/virtual record generated when the passport is scanned. Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry and be able to show proof of onward or return travel and sufficient funds. The waiver does not permit paid employment. No advance application, eVisa or ETA is needed. Note that the stay length granted on arrival is final and cannot be extended for tourism; overstaying incurs a daily fine payable on departure. Peru is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Peru — ETIAS is a separate future requirement for Peruvians entering the EU, not for Poles entering Peru.
