Poland passport holders need a visa for Liberia. Since there is no Liberian embassy in Poland, Polish citizens use Liberia's electronic Visa-on-Arrival (e-VOA) portal: apply online, get pre-approval, then collect the visa on arrival at Roberts International Airport. Fee is USD 102.50; a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required. Liberia is not part of any visa-waiver arrangement with Poland or the EU, so Polish ordinary passport holders require a visa for tourism. On 11 March 2025 the Liberia Immigration Service launched an official electronic Visa-on-Arrival (e-VOA) system at visaonarrival.lis.gov.lr. Travelers from countries that have a Liberian embassy must apply at that embassy; however, Liberia has no embassy in Poland, and Poland is not on the list of embassy-required countries, so Polish citizens may apply through the online e-VOA portal. Applicants submit a passport scan and a color portrait photo, pay USD 102.50 (non-refundable, Visa/Mastercard only), and should apply at least 7 days before travel and no more than 3 months in advance. Once approved, the authorization is valid for entry within 3 months, and the actual permitted stay (typically 30 or 90 days) is set by the immigration officer on arrival. A yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory for entry. Travelers near a Liberian mission in Europe (e.g., Brussels or Berlin) may alternatively obtain a sticker visa in advance, but the e-VOA is the standard route for Polish residents.
