🇵🇱波兰(Poland)🇪🇸西班牙(Spain)PL-ES 波兰(Poland) 前往 西班牙(Spain) 签证要求
No visa is required. Polish citizens are EU nationals and enjoy full freedom of movement within the EU and Schengen Area, so they can travel to Spain for tourism, work, or study with no visa, no time limit, and no ETIAS. Both Poland and Spain are member states of the European Union and the Schengen Area. As an EU citizen, a Polish ordinary passport holder exercises the right of free movement under EU law (Directive 2004/38/EC) and does not need any visa, entry permit, or pre-travel authorization to visit Spain. Entry is permitted with a valid Polish national identity card or passport; a passport is not strictly required. The Schengen 90/180-day short-stay rule does NOT apply to EU citizens — there is no cap on tourist length of stay, and Polish citizens may remain in Spain indefinitely. For any stay exceeding three months, an EU citizen must register with the Central Register of Foreigners (Oficina de Extranjeros / police station) and obtain a registration certificate (Certificado de Registro de Ciudadano de la Unión), but this is a simple registration formality, not a visa. ETIAS — the EU's new travel authorization launching in late 2026 — applies only to visa-exempt non-EU nationals (e.g. US, UK, Canadian citizens). EU nationals such as Poles are explicitly exempt from ETIAS. Likewise the Entry/Exit System (EES), which went live in April 2026, does not apply to EU citizens. In short, travel between Poland and Spain is entirely visa-free internal EU mobility.
