🇵🇱波兰(Poland)🇨🇷哥斯达黎加(Costa Rica)PL-CR 波兰(Poland) 前往 哥斯达黎加(Costa Rica) 签证要求
Polish passport holders do NOT need a visa for tourism in Costa Rica. As an EU/Group 1 country, Poland enjoys visa-free entry for up to 180 days. Poland is classified as a Group 1 (visa-exempt) country under Costa Rica's visa policy, a status reaffirmed by the November 17, 2025 immigration resolution. Ordinary Polish passport holders can enter Costa Rica for tourism without any prior visa and receive an entry stamp granting authorized stay of up to 180 calendar days. The exact number of days is at the discretion of the immigration officer at the port of entry, who often grants 90 days for typical tourists; the full 180 days is not guaranteed. At entry, travelers must hold a valid passport (Group 1 nationals technically need only minimal validity, but airlines and best practice favor 6 months), proof of onward or return travel, and proof of sufficient funds (roughly USD 100 per month of stay). Costa Rica is in Central America, not the Schengen area, so the EU Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route. There is no eVisa, ETA, or visa-on-arrival process to complete for Polish tourists; entry is simply granted at the border. Overstaying can result in fines (about USD 100 per month) and complications on departure or re-entry.
