🇵🇱波兰(Poland)🇧🇷巴西(Brazil)PL-BR 波兰(Poland) 前往 巴西(Brazil) 签证要求
Polish (ordinary passport) citizens do NOT need a visa to visit Brazil for tourism. As an EU/Schengen member, Poland benefits from the Brazil-EU visa-waiver agreement, allowing visa-free stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. A Poland ordinary-passport holder can travel to Brazil for tourism without any visa. Brazil grants visa-free entry to Polish citizens under the long-standing Brazil-European Union short-stay visa-waiver agreement. The permitted stay is up to 90 days, and as of Brazil's Decree No. 12,864 (issued 2 March 2026), the limit is harmonized to '90 days within any 180-day period' (a rolling window) rather than the older 'three months in a six-month period' wording. Entry is granted on arrival at the immigration counter; no eVisa, ETA, or pre-registration is required. The exemption covers tourism, business, transit, and unpaid artistic/sporting activities — paid work is not permitted. Travelers should carry a passport valid for the duration of stay, a return/onward ticket, proof of accommodation, and proof of sufficient funds (roughly R$248 per day). Note that Brazil is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to this route; ETIAS is a separate EU requirement that would affect Brazilians traveling to Europe, not Poles traveling to Brazil.
