VOA issuance is at the officer's discretion, so it is not guaranteed. For certainty, travellers can instead apply in advance for a Machine Readable Visa (MRV) by completing the online form at visa.gov.bd and submitting their passport and documents to the Bangladesh Embassy in Warsaw. Bangladesh is not in the Schengen area, so the 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply.
