🇵🇭菲律宾(Philippines)🇹🇩乍得(Chad)PH-TD 菲律宾(Philippines) 前往 乍得(Chad) 签证要求
Philippine ordinary passport holders need a visa for Chad. The simplest route is the Chad eVisa, launched in December 2024 and applied for online before travel. A historic visa-exemption for Filipinos was phased out (it was not carried over to the eVisa portal and was cancelled by October 2025), so a visa is now required. As of 2026, a Philippines (PH) ordinary passport holder cannot travel to Chad (TD) visa-free for tourism. Chad launched its electronic visa (eVisa) system on 11 December 2024 via the official portal eVisa.td. Although the Philippines historically appeared on Chad's visa-exemption list, it was not included on the eVisa portal at launch and the exemption was set to be cancelled around October 2025, so Filipinos must now obtain a visa in advance. The standard short-stay tourist eVisa is multiple-entry, valid for 90 days, and costs approximately EUR 100 (around USD 107). Applicants complete the online form, upload a passport copy, photo, proof of accommodation and return/onward ticket or proof of funds, and pay online; processing typically takes about 10 business days. Chad also requires a passport valid for at least 6 months, a yellow fever vaccination certificate (Chad is a yellow-fever risk country), and mandatory police registration within 72 hours of arrival. Travelers should apply only through the official eVisa.td portal to avoid third-party markup. Where the eVisa is not usable, a traditional visa from a Chad embassy/consulate remains available.
