🇵🇭菲律宾(Philippines)🇷🇺俄罗斯(Russian Federation)PH-RU 菲律宾(Philippines) 前往 俄罗斯(Russian Federation) 签证要求
Yes, you need a visa, but as a Philippine ordinary passport holder you qualify for Russia's unified electronic visa (e-visa). You apply fully online for about USD 52, get approval in roughly 4 days, and can stay up to 30 days for tourism. No invitation letter, hotel booking, or consulate visit is required. Philippine ordinary passport holders are NOT visa-free for Russia, but the Philippines is one of the 64 countries/territories eligible for the Russian unified electronic visa (e-visa). The e-visa is applied for entirely online through the official Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs portal (evisa.kdmid.ru) or its mobile app. Since August 2025, the e-visa is valid for 120 days from issue and permits a single stay of up to 30 days from the date of entry. The consular processing fee is USD 52 (children under 6 are exempt), and applications are processed in no more than 4 calendar days. Required items are minimal: a passport valid at least 6 months with a blank page, a digital photo, and travel medical insurance valid in Russia. The e-visa is a single-entry visa valid for tourism, business, guest, or short humanitarian/sporting purposes, and is accepted at designated air, land, sea, and rail checkpoints (including Moscow Sheremetyevo, St. Petersburg Pulkovo, and others). Russia is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. A traditional consular tourist visa remains an alternative for those needing longer or multiple-entry stays. Verdict: e-visa.
