🇵🇭菲律宾(Philippines)🇳🇮尼加拉瓜(Nicaragua)PH-NI 菲律宾(Philippines) 前往 尼加拉瓜(Nicaragua) 签证要求
Filipino ordinary passport holders do not need a visa for tourist trips to Nicaragua. Under Disposicion 002-2026 (effective 16 February 2026), the Philippines remains on Nicaragua's Category A visa-exempt list, allowing visa-free entry for up to 90 days. A US$10 tourist card is purchased on arrival. As of June 2026, a Philippine ordinary passport holder can travel to Nicaragua for tourism without a visa. Nicaragua overhauled its visa policy through Disposicion N 002-2026, issued by the Ministry of the Interior (MINT) / Direccion General de Migracion y Extranjeria on 13 February 2026 and effective 16 February 2026. That reform reclassified more than 120 nationalities into "visa consultada" (Category C, requiring advance authorization), but the Philippines was retained in Category A, the visa-free category, alongside countries such as the US, Canada, the UK, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore. Visa-free visitors are admitted for up to 90 days. On arrival, nationals of visa-exempt countries must buy a tourist card (Tarjeta de Turismo) costing US$10; it is paid in cash at the port of entry. Travelers should carry a passport valid for at least six months, proof of onward or return travel, and evidence of sufficient funds. Stays can be extended for an additional period (commonly up to 30 days) by applying to the immigration office for a fee. Because the regional policy changed substantially in early 2026, travelers should reconfirm their nationality's category shortly before departure, as Nicaragua has been adjusting categories on the basis of reciprocity.
