🇵🇭菲律宾(Philippines)🇱🇷利比里亚(Liberia)PH-LR 菲律宾(Philippines) 前往 利比里亚(Liberia) 签证要求
Philippine passport holders need a visa for Liberia. The standard channel is the electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA): apply and pay online at the official Liberia Immigration Service portal before flying, then collect the visa sticker on arrival. The fee is USD 102.50 and the approval is valid for 3 months. Liberia is not visa-free for Philippine (ordinary) passport holders, and it is not in the Schengen area (it is a West African country, so ETIAS and the Schengen 90/180 rule do not apply). Because there is no Liberian embassy or consulate in the Philippines, Filipino travelers use Liberia's electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA) system, launched in recent years and run by the Liberia Immigration Service at visaonarrival.lis.gov.lr. Applicants create an account, upload a passport bio-page scan and a portrait photo, complete the form, and pay the non-refundable USD 102.50 fee by Visa or Mastercard. After online approval (recommended at least 7 days before travel), the traveler receives a confirmation with a QR code; the approval is valid for 3 months from issuance, and the actual permitted stay (30 or 90 days) is set by the immigration officer at the airport. A passport valid at least six months beyond the stay and proof of onward travel are required. Travelers who happen to be residing in a country that hosts a Liberian embassy must instead apply at that mission rather than the online portal.
