🇵🇭菲律宾(Philippines)🇱🇦老挝(Laos)PH-LA 菲律宾(Philippines) 前往 老挝(Laos) 签证要求
Philippine ordinary passport holders can enter Laos visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism under the ASEAN visa-exemption agreement. No visa or visa-on-arrival fee is required. Since 1 September 2025, every traveler must also complete the free online Lao Digital Immigration Form (LDIF) before arrival and before departure. As a member of ASEAN, the Philippines benefits from a reciprocal visa-exemption arrangement with Laos. Holders of ordinary Philippine passports may enter Lao PDR without a visa and stay up to 30 days for tourism or short visits; this exemption has been in place since 10 April 2005 and remains current as of 2026. No advance application or visa fee applies, but the passport must be valid for at least six months with blank pages. The key recent change is administrative rather than a visa change: effective 1 September 2025, Laos replaced its paper arrival/departure cards with the mandatory online Lao Digital Immigration Form (LDIF), which all foreign travelers must submit (free of charge) up to three days before both entering and leaving the country, receiving a QR code to present at immigration. Travelers should still carry proof of onward/return travel and accommodation, and should not overstay the 30-day limit, as extensions require a separate application at the Lao immigration department.
