Philippine ordinary passport holders can visit Kazakhstan visa-free for tourism. No visa or eVisa is needed for stays of up to 30 days per entry, capped at 90 days total within any 180-day period. Kazakhstan grants unilateral visa-free entry to citizens of the Philippines holding ordinary passports. Travelers may enter for tourism and short visits for up to 30 calendar days per entry, with multiple entries allowed but a cumulative cap of 90 days within any rolling 180-day period. No advance visa, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival is required; entry is granted at the port of arrival upon presenting a valid passport and, if requested, onward/return travel and proof of accommodation. Kazakhstan is in Central Asia and is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply here (Kazakhstan operates its own separate 30-per-entry / 90-per-180 visa-free scheme). The passport should be valid for the duration of stay, with at least six months' validity recommended. Note that special permits are required for the restricted town of Baikonur (Kyzylorda Oblast) and the Gvardeyskiy area near Almaty. Stays beyond 30 days at one entry, or any work, study, or long-term residence, require an appropriate visa or registration arranged in advance.
