Philippine ordinary passport holders can enter Cambodia visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism, under the ASEAN visa-exemption arrangement. No visa or fee is required. However, all travelers arriving by air must complete the free online Cambodia e-Arrival Card within 7 days before arrival. As ASEAN member-state nationals, Philippine ordinary passport holders enjoy visa-free entry to Cambodia for stays of up to 30 days for tourism and short visits. This is confirmed by Cambodia's visa policy and the Philippine Embassy in Phnom Penh. No visa application or fee is needed at any point before or on arrival for a stay within 30 days. The only mandatory pre-travel administrative step (introduced and made compulsory from 1 January 2025 for all air arrivals) is the Cambodia e-Arrival Card, a free single digital form replacing the old paper immigration, health, and customs declarations, submitted at arrival.gov.kh or the official app within 7 days of arrival. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months with at least two blank pages, and proof of onward/return travel is expected. Travelers who need to stay longer than 30 days, or who prefer a formal visa, can obtain an eVisa (Type-T tourist, USD 36, valid 90 days from issue, 30-day stay) or a visa on arrival (USD 30) at international airports and major land borders, but neither is required for a standard short tourist trip within the 30-day exemption.
