🇵🇭菲律宾(Philippines)🇭🇹海地(Haiti)PH-HT 菲律宾(Philippines) 前往 海地(Haiti) 签证要求
Philippine ordinary passport holders do NOT need a visa to enter Haiti for tourism. You may stay for up to 3 months. A US$10 tourist fee is collected on arrival at the airport, and your passport must be valid for at least 6 months. As of mid-2026, the Philippines is not among the nine nationalities that Haiti requires to obtain a visa in advance (those are the Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Cuba, Syria, Libya, Iran, Vietnam and Yemen). Philippine passport holders therefore enter Haiti visa-free for tourism and short visits for up to 3 months. There is no advance application, eVisa, or visa-on-arrival sticker process for ordinary tourism; entry is granted at the port of entry upon presentation of a valid passport, proof of onward/return travel, and payment of a US$10 tourist fee levied at the airport. Passports should be valid for at least six months. Note that Haiti is in the Caribbean and is not part of the Schengen area, so Schengen 90/180 and ETIAS rules do not apply. Travelers should also be aware that Haiti has had elevated security advisories in 2024-2026 and that direct commercial flight availability into Port-au-Prince has been disrupted; many travelers route through Cap-Haitien or neighboring countries. Always reconfirm with the Embassy of Haiti before booking.
