No visa needed. Philippine ordinary passport holders can enter Côte d'Ivoire visa-free for tourist stays of up to 90 days. Holders of an ordinary Philippines passport do NOT need a visa to visit Côte d'Ivoire for tourism or a short visit. Under a long-standing visa-exemption arrangement (in force since 15 March 2013), Filipino nationals may enter and stay for up to 90 days without any visa, e-visa or visa-on-arrival. Côte d'Ivoire is in West Africa, not in the Schengen area or Europe, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply. While no visa is required, two entry conditions are critical and strictly enforced: (1) a valid International Certificate of Vaccination showing a yellow fever vaccination — Côte d'Ivoire is a yellow fever endemic country and the certificate is mandatory for all travellers, and (2) a passport valid for at least six months with proof of onward or return travel. Note that the country's e-visa system (run by SNEDAI, fee around EUR 73) exists for nationalities that do require a visa and arrive via Abidjan airport; Filipinos do not use it because they are visa-exempt. Always confirm current rules with the nearest Côte d'Ivoire embassy/consulate before departure, as visa-exemption arrangements can change.
