🇵🇭菲律宾(Philippines)🇦🇷阿根廷(Argentina)PH-AR 菲律宾(Philippines) 前往 阿根廷(Argentina) 签证要求
Philippine ordinary passport holders need a visa to visit Argentina for tourism. Apply for a consular tourist visa at an Argentine consulate (around USD 150, stay up to 90 days). If you hold a valid US visa (B1/B2, J, O, P, E, H-1B) or a US green card, you can instead use the online AVE electronic travel authorization (USD 400) as a faster alternative. Argentina is not a visa-free or visa-on-arrival destination for Philippine ordinary passport holders, and it is not part of the Schengen Area (the 90/180 Schengen rule and ETIAS do not apply). The standard route is a consular tourist visa, applied for in person by appointment at an Argentine consular office, for a fee of roughly USD 150 (or the euro equivalent), permitting a stay of up to 90 days. Argentina also offers an Electronic Travel Authorization (AVE/Autorizacion de Viaje Electronica) as an alternative, but it is restricted to applicants who already hold a valid US non-immigrant visa in categories B1/B2, J, B1, O, P, E, or H-1B, or a US permanent residence card (green card). The AVE costs USD 400, is valid for three months, allows multiple entries and a stay of up to 90 consecutive days, and is processed within about 20 business days. Eligibility via a Schengen visa was suspended in 2020 (Provision 538/2020) and remains suspended, so a Schengen visa does not qualify a Filipino for the AVE. Because most Filipino travelers do not hold a qualifying US visa, the conservative and accurate verdict for the general case is visa-required via a consular tourist visa.
