🇵🇭菲律宾(Philippines)🇦🇱阿尔巴尼亚(Albania)PH-AL 菲律宾(Philippines) 前往 阿尔巴尼亚(Albania) 签证要求
Philippine ordinary passport holders need an Albania e-Visa (Type C tourist) for a short tourist visit, applied for online before travel at the official e-visa.al portal. There is no visa-on-arrival. A key exemption: if you hold a valid multiple-entry Schengen, UK, or US visa that you have already used to enter that territory (or hold permanent residence there), you may enter Albania visa-free for up to 90 days within 180. As of 2026-06-01, Albania does not grant automatic visa-free entry to ordinary Philippine passport holders. The standard route is the Albania e-Visa, a fully online application on the government portal e-visa.al. For tourism, the relevant category is the Type C short-stay e-Visa, which permits a stay of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. There is no visa-on-arrival at Albanian borders. The Albanian government applies an important exemption: Filipinos who hold a valid, multiple-entry Schengen, United Kingdom, or United States visa that has been used at least once to enter the issuing territory, or who hold permanent residence in those jurisdictions, may enter Albania without a separate Albanian visa for up to 90 days. A passport valid for the duration of stay (commonly advised 3-6 months beyond departure) and travel health insurance are expected. The standard government e-Visa fee is 60 EUR, with assessment normally taking up to 15 working days. Because a no-visa channel cannot be confirmed for an ordinary passport without a qualifying third-country visa, the conservative verdict for a general Philippine traveler is e-Visa.
