🇳🇱荷兰(Netherlands)🇸🇷苏里南(Suriname)NL-SR 荷兰(Netherlands) 前往 苏里南(Suriname) 签证要求
Dutch passport holders do not need a visa for Suriname and can stay up to 90 days, but they MUST pay a mandatory online Entry Fee (the replacement for the old Tourist Card) before departure. It cannot be paid on arrival. A Netherlands ordinary passport holder is visa-exempt for tourism in Suriname and may stay visa-free for up to 90 days. However, since 1 October 2022, all visa-exempt tourists, including Dutch nationals, must obtain and pay a mandatory online Entry Fee before travelling; it can no longer be paid on arrival at Johan Adolf Pengel (Zanderij) International Airport. The Entry Fee is the modern successor to the paper Tourist Card and is processed exclusively through the official Government of Suriname e-Visa portal operated by VFS Global (suriname.vfsevisa.com). The standard single-entry Entry Fee is valid for 50 days from approval and permits a single tourist stay of up to 30 days (extendable in-country up to 90 days); a multiple-entry option is also available. Travellers should carry a passport valid at least 6 months, a printed Entry Fee confirmation, and a confirmed return or onward ticket. Suriname is in South America and is NOT part of the Schengen Area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entry into Suriname. Because the only required pre-travel action is paying the online Entry Fee, the practical verdict for a short tourist stay is visa-free with a compulsory entry-fee/travel-authorisation step.
