No visa required. Netherlands ordinary passport holders can enter Peru visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days. Netherlands ordinary passport holders do not need a visa to visit Peru for tourism or short visits. As EU citizens, the Dutch are on Peru's visa-exemption list and may enter for tourism for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. Entry is granted at the airport or land border, where the visit is now registered digitally via the Tarjeta Andina de Migracion (Andean Migration Card, TAM) - the old paper form has been phased out. At immigration the officer determines the authorized stay (up to 90 days; in practice longer periods up to 183 days are sometimes granted at discretion), so travelers should confirm the stamped/registered duration on arrival. To enter you need a passport valid for at least six months beyond arrival, and you should be able to show proof of onward or return travel, proof of accommodation, and sufficient funds for the stay. Since August 2021 tourist stays generally cannot be extended in-country, so plan to leave within the period granted on entry. There is no fee for visa-free tourist entry. This is not Schengen-related: Peru is in South America, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entering Peru (ETIAS instead affects Peruvians traveling to Europe).
