🇳🇱荷兰(Netherlands)🇲🇱马里(Mali)NL-ML 荷兰(Netherlands) 前往 马里(Mali) 签证要求
Yes — a Netherlands ordinary passport holder needs a visa to enter Mali. There is no eVisa and no visa on arrival for Dutch citizens; the visa must be obtained in advance from a Malian embassy or consulate, and a yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory. Mali is not in the Schengen area and the Netherlands is not on Mali's visa-exemption list (which mainly covers ECOWAS member states and a handful of bilateral-agreement countries). Dutch ordinary passport holders must therefore obtain a visa before travel from a Malian diplomatic mission. Mali has not implemented an electronic visa (eVisa) system, and visa-on-arrival is only available to a very limited set of nationalities (e.g. Rwanda) — not the Netherlands. The standard short-stay tourist visa is typically a 3-month single-entry visa costing around USD 80 (about USD 110 for multiple entry), issued after submission of a completed application form, passport photos, proof of accommodation and round-trip travel, and an International Certificate of Vaccination showing yellow fever immunization. Because there is no Malian embassy in every country, Dutch applicants often apply via an accredited Malian consulate or an authorised visa agency in Europe. Travelers should also note significant security-related travel advisories for Mali and verify the latest entry rules directly with the mission before booking, as Mali's transitional authorities have made abrupt visa-policy changes (for example, suspending visa issuance to U.S. citizens from 1 January 2026).
