🇳🇱荷兰(Netherlands)🇱🇧黎巴嫩(Lebanon)NL-LB 荷兰(Netherlands) 前往 黎巴嫩(Lebanon) 签证要求
Dutch ordinary passport holders get a free visa on arrival at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport, valid for one month and extendable to three months locally. A Netherlands ordinary passport holder traveling to Lebanon for tourism does NOT need to apply for a visa in advance. Lebanon grants Dutch citizens (listed under Section One of the Lebanese General Security regulations, which covers EU member states) a free single-entry tourist visa on arrival, issued directly at the immigration counter at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport and other official ports of entry. The visa is valid for one month from entry and can be extended for up to two additional months (total three months) at the General Directorate of General Security. There is no visa fee for this category. Lebanon is NOT part of the Schengen area, so the EU Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entry into Lebanon. Critical conditions: the passport must be valid for at least six months, contain at least two blank pages, and must NOT contain any Israeli stamp, visa or seal (this results in refusal of entry). Travelers must also be able to show a non-refundable return or onward ticket and an address/contact in Lebanon. Travel insurance covering the stay is required. IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE (as of mid-2026): the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs maintains a RED 'do not travel' advisory for all of Lebanon due to the volatile security situation with Israel (a fragile ceasefire has been in place since 17 April 2026). The visa-on-arrival channel remains formally in place, but travel is strongly discouraged.
