🇳🇱荷兰(Netherlands)🇮🇶伊拉克(Iraq)NL-IQ 荷兰(Netherlands) 前往 伊拉克(Iraq) 签证要求
Netherlands passport holders need an eVisa to visit Federal Iraq. Apply online at the official portal (evisa.iq) before you travel; visa-on-arrival for EU nationals was abolished on 1 March 2025. The Kurdistan Region runs a separate system and still offers visa-on-arrival. As of 2026, Dutch (Netherlands) ordinary passport holders require a visa to enter Federal Iraq, and the standard route for a short tourist visit is the electronic visa (eVisa) obtained in advance through the official Government of Iraq portal at evisa.iq. Iraq suspended its visa-on-arrival facility for 37 nationalities, including EU/EEA citizens such as the Netherlands, effective 1 March 2025, so a pre-arrival eVisa is now mandatory for Federal Iraq. The tourist eVisa permits a stay of up to roughly 60 days, costs in the region of USD 150-160 (the fee now bundles mandatory travel/health coverage), and is typically processed within a few days. Travelers should note an important regional distinction: the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok) operates its own separate immigration system and still grants visa-on-arrival to EU nationals (List A countries) at its airports, but a Kurdistan permit does not authorize travel into Federal Iraq and vice versa. For a conventional tourist visit to Iraq as a whole, the Federal eVisa is the correct and conservative choice. Iraq is not in the Schengen area, so the Schengen 90/180 rule and ETIAS do not apply to entry into Iraq.
